Hey question, the baking soda/bi card soda you added in there directly into the marinade won't it have the strong off bi carb taste?

Usually I just put baking soda, then wash it after 20min then do marinade

Very basic mongolian beef. I would use more ingredients in sauce like oyster, hoisin and cooking wine to give the dish more depth.
And also some baking soda in the marinate to get the beef more tender.
