The fix: iphone when calling can't hear

For my phone, I can make WhatsApp calls, FaceTime and everything will work but when I use the phone phone app to make calls the the other person cannot hear my voice but I can hear them.. can you help me.. it’s an 11 pro max

People can hear me but I can’t hear them except if I’m on speaker then I can hear them, does this still mean i need to reset my phone or is there another way to fix it

This did not work for me. I have also replaced the ear speaker with a new one but it still doesn't work. I guess it must be a logic board issue for me

when I call someone on facebook or instagram it works fine, just normal calls that I can't hear

Everyone Ik it sucks but best thing is to get a new phone or go deep inside your phone to see if it is clogged up if that doesn’t work then maybe it’s time for a new phone
