1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/4 ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste
3 thick cup pork chops
1 tbsp oil

Cooking the pork chops ( medium high heat)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 thyme sprigs
2 tbs water
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/4 ground black pepper
chopped parsley to garnish

Oh my God, I don’t think I’ve ever made a juicy pork chop. This was phenomenal and my pork chops were very thin. The only regret I have as it should not have added more shots because I didn’t realize that the creole seasoning had salt in it and it was a little salty, this was phenomenal. Thank you for sharing.
