How to Cook Boneless Pork Chops - NoRecipeRequired.com

Boneless pork chops make a great, simple and tasty meal. But only if you cook them well!!! Pork is already very lean, and very easy to dry out during cooking. And once the bone comes off the pork chop, it's even easier to over cook them.

Worse, cooked at a low temp, they get no color. And no flavor.

Here, I'm going to show you how to quick pan sear a few boneless pork chops, get lots of color on the outside, while keeping the center tender and juicy. As an added bonus, we'll through a garlic and thyme in at the end to make a quick and easy sauce.

Give them a try and let me know what you think.

Given these methods a try, and I guarantee that your baked pork tenderloin will come out great every time.

This is going to be my first time, and I'm 14 so its a surprise for my mom whenever she comes from work, and for my 3 other brothers to eat. Wish me luck!

Tried it today for the first time and it was the best porkchops I've ever had! I didn't really belive that they can get cooked so fast so I fried them for a little longer than suggested, but they turned out to be a little to dry, so if you wanna try it for yourself follow the instructions precisely. Thank you сhef!

We made this tonight and even my 7 year old son, who eats nothing, LOVED these. I was nervous about them cooking so fast but they did. Perfect color, perfect inside.... will definitely make these more often.

Hi Dave, I made these today and they came out great! I used Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder on top of the salt & pepper. I also threw in mushrooms into the butter sauce. Amazing!

Legit best porkchop technique I’ve tried! They were amazing. Used that pan-olive-oil-butter all over the chops and roasted potatoes and served with roasted asparagus. Thank you so much!

I used some ideas here and took it a little farther from what I learned from cooking chicken breast in an electric skillet. So why wouldnt it work with chops. I first seared both sides of each chop in a butter and oil combo in the skillet, then added diced onion, diced garlic, and butter. then added about 1/2 maybe a cup of water put the lid on when the water started bubbling against the lid turned the heat down to 250, set the timer for 10min. This also made a nice sauce which I also added onto the chops. This turned out awesome could cut the chops easily with a fork.

I've always been anxious about cooking meat, and this guide was really helpful! My girlfriend, who eats more pork than I do, said it was really good. Thank you!

Thank you so much, I followed your instructions almost to the point (added cumin and paprika when seasoning). I was so glad to finally being able to cook pork chops without them resulting dry. Nicely seared, flavorful and tender! 😋 Delicious, again, thank you 😊

I am really interested in trying this recipe because I am so tired of my porkchops being tough. I know there is a way for them to be tasty thanks for showing the technique about the fat on the sides because I didn’t know how to stand them up I had them leaning on the side of the pan but something so small makes a big difference I will try this.

They cooked so fast, that makes me nervous! I'm used to putting pork chops in the oven after frying to make sure they're done....but OK, gonna try this cause they sure look good!
UPDATE: I made these pork chops last night, BRAVO delicious!
I may has overcooked by a few minutes, so pay close attention to the cooking time, cause mine didn't turn out as tender as expected because of that. The cuts I bought were pretty lean, so I think that was a factor too. But I plan to master this and make pork chops more often. My man loved them and so did I.
