What a treasure of a human being Steve Irwin was. It's great to see his children following in his footsteps. Their mother Terri did a great job raising them.

He looks and sounds more like his father. Steve would be proud of him and bindi for carrying on his legacy I love everything that they do for animals

Robert is absolutely adorable. I see his mom and dad in him so much. It’s nice as a fan of Steve’s to see his son doing this, and the fact that he resembles his dad so much, makes it even more bittersweet.

I personally believe he has a bit of his fathers soul! It’s All about how both of them and when we could watch his dad, he would draw us in with his sparkle and passion! That goes for Robert as well! He didn’t have is dad around unfortunate so this is not a learned thing, it’s both of their souls! It’s absolutely amazing. Well done Terri! You have done a amazing job!

Having Robert on is the best thing that Shark Week has done in years (and the only episode I've watched in years). At least this young man is in it for conservation and learning from and about creatures around the world. He's an incredible young man and I know his dad is proud.

Question for any Australians who may see this comment: is Steve Irwin the legend in his homeland that he is here in the States? You ask literally any American what they think of Steve, you'll get nothing but positivity and universal love and adoration for him and his family. Steve is actually a huge deal here to this day, I very clearly remember finding out he'd died, pretty much my entire high school class, myself included, were in tears when we got the terrible news. I hope it's known in your beautiful country what a huge positive impact one of Australia's greatest sons has made on so many people worldwide. Glad to see Robert following his dad's path.

You just know that Steve is watching his son with a proud smile and saying, "That's my boy!"
