Breaking 2026 Toyota RAV4 Redesign Evidence, News, And More!

In a recent article out of the USA, A Toyota head of operations stated what he expects to happen with regard to the Toyota RAV4 redesign.

The article goes on to state the importance of not messing with the current generation too much and the important of keeping fuel and emissions regulations in mind.

Will the new generation 2026 RAV4 still come with a spare wheel? Many new cars nowadays are coming with no spare but a repair kit which I don’t like

I hope the 6th gen Rav4 is bigger, has a turbo, and changes its design to look like the new 4runner, so I can keep on loving my 23 rav4 xse. My only major gripe on XSE is the lack of passenger seat height adjustment.

As long as they fix the RAV4's power cable corrosion issue on the rear electric motor of the hybrid system (CableGate), then that would fix the major fault keeping a lot of people from buying a hybrid RAV4.

Going hybrid only for 2026 RAV4 sucks. I want to be able to buy a non-hybrid, non-turbo 2026 RAV4. A coworker had to replace his hybrid battery in his old out of warranty Camry and it cost him $10, 000. 😢

I currently driving Le hybrid, and fuel saving is great. Toyota should offer a Le phev .

Any update on the 2026 RAV 4 PRIME plug in battery sourcing? With the new tax credits, Toyota is left behind, because the EV batteries MUST be manufactured in the US, Canada or Mexico to qualify for the $7000 tax rebate ( although some dealers are adding on extra ridiculous “fees” and markups, that they end up erasing any price advantage of the RAV 4 PRIME plug in tax credit). The SCARCITY of the Plug in models doesn’t help either. I guess Toyota was testing the waters, by limiting the PRIME plug in version production, until they could verify it would SELL!

The emission laws change in 2026 again, so it is good movie to keep it the same with subtle changes. there still might be refocused areas to make it different

It must have the fifth-gen. Hybrid system and I hope no turbo? In addition. better seat (leather) material, think Tundra 1794 interior, and a 12.3-inch infotainment system screen.
