Try these 4 advanced partner core exercises- fighter style!

1. First up, leg throws. An absolute core burner. Grab your partners ankles and have them throw your legs down as hard as they can, resist and don’t let your legs touch the ground. Keep your legs straight.
2. Push up holds- one partner holds a high plank while the other performs a push up. You have to stabilize your core as you hold the high plank and then really push if you’re on bottom pressing the weight.
3. Mike Tyson push ups! These are no joke. Have your partner hold your ankles as you swing to a stand and throw a jab- cross. Take your time rolling back down from your booty, low spine, then shoulders and repeat back to a stand.
4. Last but not least- core squat holds. One partner holds a squat with arms straight out while the other partner pushes and tries to move their arms. The partner holding resists the push and tries to hold their arms as straight and still as possible. Resist pushing down, up, left and right.
