Inorder to get max juice out of the battery, the EVs have made such design as to reduce air resistance. Due to this when the car is above 60+ the resistance in ICE > EV. So ICE cars stay tethered to road compared to EV which has lesser friction due to lesser air resistance. My TIPS: 1. do not drive EV assuming it's same as driving an ICE car in heavy rains 2. Do not go above 60 mph at max to keep control for sudden water puddles etc. 3. Make sure tires have enuf tread for the Road grip 4. Disable regen breaking 5. keep emergency lights on to avoid a speeding ICE car rearing 6. Slow and safe will ensure less damage to tire treads and better control over the vehicle

I thought Teslas were supposed to have godly resistance against this. Heavy as fuk, and computers constantly monitoring all 4 wheels and ready to brake and divert power to the 3 other wheels

I was wondering, how come your car very sharply started to go right... Did you hit brakes in the moment you noticed that you aquaplaning ? Or maybe oversteer(after you corrected the car going left at the beggining)
If you did, never do that because it makes your car to lose control faster and turn exactly so sudennly to the steer dircetion.

Schlechte Reifen und etwas zu schnell. Bei Regen max. 120 km/h. Ich sehe keine übermäßig große Pfütze auf der Fahrbahn. Die Michelin Pilot Sport 4 sind bereits bei 3 mm unberechenbar. Hab die selber schon gefahren. Der Heckantrieb ist auf jeden Fall nicht schuld. Sowas behaupten immer nur die Anfänger 😆.Das hätte mit einem Dual Motor und denselben Reifen exakt gleich ausgesehen...
