Well recorded vid, but I feel like the basics of shifting were already covered in another vid, and that was better. I was just coming here to work on shifting while standing, I've ridden bikes for years, but need to improve and learn more about shifting while standing. But I don't feel like you actually covered it whatsoever. Only that we need to be able to do it and why it is important.

Doesn't moving your foot back and forth throw you off balance? Or is that where the knee grip comes into play? As well as practice. OR do you have counterbalance when you move your foot? Newbie especially to standing here! 😀
