White Mac and Cheese

2 3/4 cps Whole Milk
4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/4 cp. All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Mustard powder
2 cps. Smoked gouda cheese, freshly grated
2 cps. Smoked cheddar cheese, freshly grated (Can use regular White Cheddar)
2 1/2 cps. uncooked short Pasta Noodles (elbow macaroni, cavatappi, penne, rotini, etc.)
Chopped Parsley, for topping (optional)

I just made this tonight for the family, and it’s pretty much gone! 😂😂 They said it’s hands down the best mac & cheese they’ve ever had! That smoked gouda is a brilliant touch! It was absolutely delicious! Appreciate you AB!!

It is easy and the flavor is outstanding.
If you are trying to learn how to cook some amazing stuff. I have followed a few of the recipes posted. Every single time it comes out perfect. I put AB on next to my stove after I have gotten all my ingredients together and Boom! My wife is bragging on me lol! Thank you sir. Did I mention every one comes out perfect! Best cooking vids I have ever seen. Keep it up sir!

That looks delicious! For Thanksgiving I made it and added cream cheese to mine and a little Dijon mustard and smoked paprika, and it was a hit! Everyone wanted my recipe. I added the cheddar and mozzarella instead of gouda but definitely used whole cream like you. Great minds! Have a blessed day!

He added mustard 😍!!! And I put green onion, parsley, and chives on everything. Or I’ll do fine herbs (tarragon, parsley, chives & chervil)

Every since I took your advice and started shredding my own cheese, I absolutely cannot go back to bagged. My old lady will not accept bagged cheese. When you get that fresh block and shred that thang up yourself, it melts better, it doesn't have that plastic like film over it, it tastes fresher, not to mention you get way more cheese from self shredding a block then buying in a bag. Big ups AB.
