Heard a theory Sukuna had a twin brother, and was enemy of the crown or imperialist faction which we know governed the original JuJutsu high. Sukuna has 4 hands 4 eyes, I’m guessing Sukuna had no curse energy while his brother did like tengen constantly evolving. This could be referenced to maki & her twin & when they said “twins are always a sign of misfortune”

Generally, I would believe Gojo but after reading latest chapters, no chance.
Sukuna has Meta-knowledge about cursed energy and cursed techniques . So, I won't be surprised if Sukuna somehow found a way to nullify the Infinity barrier.

Remember that one time gojo said he'd win..i feel like that sentence might not be correct after the shibuya arc. I'm not sure either but he was the strongest yet we are still talking about "the king of curses" here. So could it be that gojo was actually referring to the sukuna who ate only 2 fingers at that time and not to the one who ate 15 of them. I mean his form in yuuji gets stronger as he eats more fingers.

omg OK what if Sukuna's past has been right in front of our faces this entire time. In the first scene we see Sukuna stood on a mountain of bodies of people who challenged him, in his usual white outfit with two hands (notice how they look really white, almost glowing - Gege said in an interview that he thinks he is right, maybe he thinks his actions are justified?). Anyway, we all ignore this absolute massive black thing that comes up and has four eyes...and it actually looks like it's CONSUMING SUKUNA. metaphorically it could be that sukunas 'hunger' (get it?) for power consumed him...or maybe it is a literal other worldy being he submitted himself to? Is it Sukuna's soul? Is it cursed energy? Or...and here is my theory...what if it is actually a demon within Sukuna.

I think Sukuna was a normal human but in his goal to reach ultimate power, he probably sacrificed a lot of people to become a host for this demon and that's why in the second scene we see Sukuna with four arms and four eyes just like the monster had...maybe he sacrificed his soul and made a binding vow with a higher being to achieve some sort of goal ...perhaps he was too weak as a human and that's why he loves to taunt his opponents like Yuji and Jogo for being too weak to protect what they love.
