*Paradoxically - When the body is stressed and insufficient antioxidants are consumed... the body will produce more antioxidants (Glutathione) and produce more "New" mitochondria. (A Good thing)

I liked this channel until I found out that Greg has a bias against meat/dairy.
It's proven in science over and over again that dairy supports gut health, which in turn protect you against lots of chronic diseases.

If I'd follow greg, I would be eating plants and nuts only and miss out the neccesary heme iron, proteins, and tons of other required nutrients in eggs / milk / meat.
