But mujhe ye nhi samjh aya ki attendance, & (knowledge, exam) m koi relation h ky apas m ye contradiction kyu

Maine diploma engg. Ka couce kiya tha vahan par bahut atyachar hota tha students ke upar. Ki teachers ka bad behavior, students keliye facultys nahi thi aur padhayi ke lectures hi lete the.. Aur teachers ke pass Bahut sare bahano ki list hai ki voh students ko pareshan karte hai aur baar baar use dhamkate hai ki agar tumne complaints ki to voh tumhari yeh fake baate bata kar tumhe collage se bahar niklva denge. Aur hostel main bahut ragging hota hai. Koi Rectors dhyaan nahi dete.
Ek baar hostel ke khaane main ek condom tak nikl aaya tha khane ke sath.
Food poisoning vi huwa tha.
...cctv camera bhi hai pure camps main par kabhi hume dikhate hai ki vahan pr kya huwa tha.
Bahut se students padhaayi likhaayi chod dete hai iss university valon se dar kar.. Main apne haq ko sath main lekar ladna chahta hoon. Please.. Mujhe kyaa karna chahiye..

Sir what if a principal of a college misbehaves with a girl nd comments on her clothes (she is just wearing casual jeans top nothing revealing) nd actually i went to his office for admission enquiry nd he asked me for my % nd category, i said" SIR DOCUMENTS JUST ABHI ACTIVA MEIN RKHE ND KISI NE BOLA EK BAR SIR SE ADMISSION KI BAAT KRLO JRURI H " ND HE said admission krane aai ho ya fashion show mein hath mein phone leke documents nhi h, i remember i have all documents captured in my phone, but the way he shouted at me bina kuch sune jese m unki servant thi aur mujhse bohot bdi glti hogyi, was totally numb at that moment i do respect teachers always still i tried sir mere documents mere pass h, that pitch he shouted at my still spinning in my mind, m a soft spoken person as i entered in his room i took permission to enter in his room, wished him good morning, i always use to stand in like both hand fold in front of a teacher because it's my upbringing, but what was my fault i was there for post graduation admission!! Jis tarah se vo mujhe upar se niche tk dekh rhe the aur chillaye is inevitable, i cried whole day after this incident!! Students also need respect!!

Sir, My name is hemant Bohra. I have taken admission in vivekanand global University, jagatpura on 14 nov 2022 in MCA. I have paid total of 32000/- as fees.
Then on 20 nov 2022 i got mail from central university of Tamilnadu. So i decided to cancel my admission at vgu, jagatpura, jaipur. I have written a application to cancel my admission at vgu on 21 nov 2022.
Firstly they said i have to pay full year fees if i want to cancel my admission. Then i talked to registrar & then they give me a no dues from. It took my 3 days to fill up the form & taking signs of all the departments in university.
On 23 nov 2022 i filled the form & submitted.
But the admission head Junaid sir forced me to write a note that "I don't want any refund from university."
They said if i don't write the note they will not give me my original documents.
So i unwantedly written the note and taken my documents.
But they haven't given me any refund (32000/-).

According to ugc fee refund policy 2022 if a student cancel admission before 31 dec 2022, the full fees amount should be refunded after deducting not more then 1000/- processing fees.

Sir, please look into the matter and deliver me my fees refund from the vivekananda global University, jagatpura(Jaipur).
