My problem is that the temp folder with the temporary folders where I must look for Launcher are all empty. I can't find the launcher folder to copy to the other folder. When I press play, I can see the video trailer, but then it crashes. The problem was when I formatted the pc. Thanks in advance

my game is not on steam its from the discs I bought a long time ago I installed it on a new pc and downloaded everything but after I click the play button it goes to black screen and never loads up has a spinning icon.

I followed all the steps but I am getting stuck on the Loading Screen after double clicking the launcher. The Updating view does not appear its frozen on Loading .. Please help me out, I have no patience downloading 90 GB again

I do not have any of those folders, I get to the launch but the launcher just freezes at loading after launching it from steam, any other ideas as of why it's not working?
