YouTube will monetize you if you add “original” things to it. I forgot which article I read that on but I know I seen that specifically for there rules. That’s why some people have been getting their accounts clapped while others haven’t. Even big channels, they do like voice overs explaining the tiktok or the video that’s not theirs but it fails within the guidelines as original.
