Paulie is a revolting cheapskate miser. He lost the game and now he won't pay up. If CHRIS or anyone else lost money to him he would be DEMANDING his $60 and wouldn't let up til he got it!!! Complaining that it was the principle of the $60 and such no doubt!!! I wouldn't be surprised if that wire bs was just to distract Chris from the fact that he didn't want to pay up.
