Dont forget woman that lead churches my husband and I left a big church just recently, went to a home church and we looked at each and said this is the one.big differents between a small one and a big the big church felt more dead the more we went, yes there where powerful songs but a lot of them where contemporary and hymns where rare when we sang those i felt more excited, then with contemporary songs.but in this small church the spirit of God is alive and singing old hymns 😊🥹.

The truth is that place of fellowship is not the church, but us who are in CHRIST and HE in us. GOD cant be hold in and not stay in manmade buildings of brick and stone. We are a reformed Baptist church that was once affiliated with an Alliance that went woke. Because the Pastor confronted them on their unbiblical theology, they took our building. We have been meeting in a Senior Center building in our small town for about 2 years now. Who cares about the building? God is the focus and not where we meet. God told us in Hebrews 10 not to forsake the assembly. The body of Christ is the CHURCH for which Jesus is the HEAD. God created the church for us -- so that we can encourage and edify each other while we remain here on earth. If you don't have the desire to be with the brethren, you are not a child of God.
