Always prefer estate over SUV, but I'm not convinced about the 1.4L turbo petrol engine. I'd be happy to have a 2.0L version.

I notice that starting price of new Superb is 10000 euros more than 18 months ago!!!
And i have strong feeling that something is shady in car industry in general with those huge prices and that has nothing to do with war in Ukraine or chip shortages.

48 Grand for a Skoda, God damn... Not Skodas issue itself but cars have become so insanely expensive.
If you save 500 pounds a month that's 48000 / 500 = 96 / 12 = 8 years of savings. And it's a "value for money" car.

The Škoda Superb Hybrid should have at least an 1.8 TSI.

Great looking estate but like most cars vastly overpriced. Only Dacia are offering any value, everybody else has now gone premium and I think we will see casualties in the future as more manufacturers leave the small affordable segment.
