STOVETOP PORK CHOPS - Garlic Herb Butter Sauce

Delicious pan seared boneless pork loin chops seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning and a garlic herb butter sauce. Simply season the chops and throw them in the skillet on the stovetop. An easy dish ready in under 10 minutes.

Shopping List:
Boneless pork loin chops
Olive oil
Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
Several sprigs fresh thyme
Several cloves roughly crushed garlic
Kosher salt to taste

Directions:
Season both sides of chops with kosher salt then let them sit out for 30 minutes to come to room temperature.
Pat the chops dry with paper towels.
Lightly rub both sides of chops with olive oil then add the Montreal Seasoning and paprika.
Heat a skillet (preferably cast iron) on medium high heat, adding 1 tbsp. olive oil when heated.
Place chops in the hot skillet and cook 3-4 minutes then flip and cook about 3 more minutes to an internal temperature of about 140.
Turn off the heat and add the butter, thyme and garlic. Baste the chops with the sauce for about 1 minute.
Take chops out of the skillet and cover with foil to rest 5-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

Richard, nice recipe & my fave way to eat pork chops, fried is so good, I like that you use butter, I never use margarine, thyme is a new twist for me, I'll try that, late with my post, wife had family over to watch Bengals football game as they are all big fans.
