I agree with the walks outside. Those are the most relaxing and stress-relieving activity i do. It gives me both a good time to be mindful as well as a good time to think about something. When I'm at home I tend to be distracted by other things but when I'm outside, there is nothing stopping me

The whole "paralysis by analysis" part is so true. But I wouldn't say it comes only to being smart as I don't consider myself smart enough, rather it's caused by some form of the intelligence I think. Going back to the point - it always takes me for example 3 months of work to do something that can be done in 1 month. All thanks to the raising questions in my brain and doing the research instead of putting in the work and gaining experience. But I'm learning to turn off these thoughts during work and just focus on the job. Also I don't see anything as "wasted time" because you always gain the experience and knowledge from your mistakes. If not this mistakes you wouldn't be where you are in life if you are willing to change. Also also getting up early in the morning is literally a superpower. I am much more positive and motivated to do things when I get as much sunlight as possible, even while working in my room for a couple of hours. Overall great video, and I'm grateful for the upload and your thought that provoked to record it.

the way you phrase the advice is also pretty uncommon. Have watched a couple similar youtubers and no one is delivering this information the same way as you. I think thats what makes this channel so unique and valueable.

You also need to learn to sacrifice things, I used to waste so much time playing video games or watching Youtube, it's only when I realized that I had to sacrifice that in order to work on my business that I started seeing more results
