This is a matter of preference, but Raplak Prism has higher base crit chance and crit damage at cost of being semi auto. Zariman damage arcane (Eradicate) is also easier to trigger with just casting any operator ability. With maxed Onslaught and Eradicate, with Drfiter Intrinsics and Damage blessing from Relay (it works on Amps) you will 1-2 shot entire Eidolon shield with Raplak under Void Strike.
But that is for Eidolons, what about Last Gasp and other missions in general? Same setup, but Phahd Scaffold and Unairu. Amp damage diminish greatly against armor, but Phahd disc damage is high enough it will brute force light units and revive you instantly, or you could use Caustic Strike to kill any armored unit for it. You can even cheese Undercroft missions with this if your weapon selection is especially crappy. My special "Circuit Breaker" Amp, just for Undercroft is Lega Prism (flamethrower, for status), Phahd (discs, for damage), Plaga brace (0.5s ammo recharge delay). Applying Void status with the bubble with Lega makes Phahd discs get trapped in it and get rid of Eximus units pretty reliably, Magnetic Flare and Caustic Strike make enemies naked for discs to 1-2 shot them and they bounce around like Incarnon Miter hitting even more units.

I was just thinking about this. Wanted to get better use of Last Gasp without running void strike in Steep Path. Turns out I was wrong to ever doubt void strike.

Been +year since I played, but when I did I used for general purposes 743 (747 could be better, I know the 3 was better with the old void procs). Spam secondary and use primary for burst if you need single-target removal. Madurai tree always and then 2 different sets of arcanes for 2 different playstyles:
Defensive setup:
amp: Eternal Logistics and Eternal Eradicate
operator: Magus Melt and Magus Lockdown
Offensive setup:
amp: Eternal Logistics and Eternal Onslaught
operator: Magus Melt and Emergence Renewed

Void sling frequently to keep up Magus Melt and Eternal Logistics, that's bread and butter of your DPS along with Madurai abilities you won't have problems with lvl 200-300 SP enemies and it's also nice to just roleplay and spend some time looking at your fashion build on operator/drifter while playing. It's entirely possible to finish SP nodes with just operator with this build and I highly recommend it to anyone bored of the usual gameplay.

damn...i been maxing out my Zenurik when i should have been maxing this also i have only the 1st basic amp with no upgrades as i didnt know how important or where to get them from (till Now) fortuna and cetus bounties and Eidolon hunts?

The operator feels empty to me. Feels like I'm playing with a character less powerful than a real life person. The movement is clunky and the abilities and amps feel meh.

for non-eidolon mission, the best amp is : 7X7 (Klamora Prism + any Scaffold + Certus Brace)

and even for eidolon, the Klamora is relatively good. not the best for speedrun, but it do the work.
(it can hit multiple part of the eidlon, multipling the damage. it does not depend, nor work well with Void Strike. instead, you can use Unairu focus, for Caustic Strike and Unairu Wisp. )

but you can also build it with what you consider to be the best Scaffold for eidolon, and just use the Scaffold+Void Strike for it.
