Chroma is A tier for me for sure, thing is people struggle to play something more complicated than Mesa, Saryn or Wukong. Just take a look at what Grind Hard Squad does with Chroma, now thats creative.

ice elemental ward protects against heavy crowds of enemies. ppl seem to forget that it his ice slow while give him armor. the protection from it is honestly out of this world

This video is old but the best ability to put on chroma is gloom.
You become a unkillable god with cycling healing and a constant damage buff

I want a chroma rework.
Vex armor and ward are great abilities.

His first ability honestly sucks in every way possible.

His 4th ability is cool but isn't coherent to his kit at all.

Here are some simple changes that would make him a great Warframe.

Passive. Gives 1 power for each combo counter. And increase combo duration by 10s combo counters can be stacked by shooting enemy's.

Remove the first ability
Instead make it add elemental damage to your weapons based on whatever element color you are.
And a second effect where fire breath shoots further and does more damage from the effigy if it is out.

Make all of chroma's abilities range scale with duration or power not range so that chroma can be a true support.

Make chroma's effigy a duration based ability like vex armor and ward instead of a channeled ability.
Make effigy have a high drop chance for energy orbs and health orbs.
