Japanese & What High Context really means - Tatemae vs Honne

I recently started watching this Anime and this is such a perfect example for the Japanese high context culture and the concept of Tatemae vs Honne or Reading the Air [空気を読む - Kuuki o yomu]

Strange question: I noticed, those characters once they switched to Honne, their expressions darkened and became "Honest" or Angry (which is often I hear common for those when in Honne mode: To complain, criticize or be angry abt things in their work/public life, etc). But when in Tatamae, they were all Smiles, happy eyes, happy faces -- it looks JUST like those on Pokemon, and ALL the Japanese Anime. Is this Culture Tatamae/Honne also conveyed directly in Japanese Anime then? For decades?

Pls. excuse the Naiveness, I'm not a Japanese native, but I do understand enough about the Culture and why Tatamae/Honne was created. Arigato!

The way how the guy starts sweating doesn't make me feel that was very comfortable about this tatemae.

Tatemae was supposed to make it feel peaceful, but actually it made him anxious.

There should be made distinction between good Tatemae and bad tatemae in Japanese society to gain its purpose of using it.

Tatemae is used in japan as an act of kindness politeness to gain harmony and consideration. But many people use honne / tatemae. as sarcastic and passive aggressive.

Thank you for giving me it (I don't need it) is understandable.

But
"Would you like a cup of tea so please get the fuck out " is "bad tatemae" to me because it's sarcasm and passive aggressive. Sarcasm and passive agressivness is not polite. It's not a white lie.

How do you create a harmonious society by belittling and insulting or rage on people with sarcasm and passive aggressive
behavior?

And yet the bad tatemae gets the respect as Japanese good Tatemae.
