In total, Ukraine is likely to have 9 patriot (ish) systems operational by next winter. If Germany sends a 4th system and the U.S 8 Israeli ones, this might double. But 9 is still three times more as last winter.
Also, if South Korea sends military aid - its impact is like the WW2 allies getting a second United Kingdom as ally. And more the North helping Russia.
