1760 grams of all-purpose Flour
400 grams of Sugar
34 grams yeast
45 grams salt
1 tin condensed milk
2 Nutmeg
9 cups of Milk or water
Oil for frying.

Method:
1: Combine all the dry ingredients
2: Add the liquid ingredients
3: Mix till lumps are gone
4: Cover to proof in a warm place (30mins-45mins)
5: mix again and fry
