some months ago I got through a situation that destroyed a part of me. I have strict parents and that made me have a distorted perspective of freedom. I've done bad things and got caught and exposed, and this haunts me every single day. Everyday I see myself going back and living again that day and wishing so bad I could go back in time. I’ve said some really hurtful things to people I hold near and dear to my heart and the contempt I have been feeling for myself recently has been immense. I’ve reopened my bible tonight and read from 1 Corinthians, it describing how God “destroys the wisdom of the wise and brings to nothing the understanding of prudent.” I felt so entitled and confident in my own perception, that I began to disregard the emotions of others and myself when times got tough. With a new semester ahead, I pray for nothing but healing, reconstruction of what has been lost, and way more meditation on God’s word. God help me not to be mean and hard-hearted. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can definitely say that I have had a past that haunted me and to know I can be forgiven makes me feel like I dont deserve God's mercy after watching this I've realized the sin that was most detrimental has been removed I'm still in progress and there are many more obstacles to overcome but I'm not worried I know I have Jesus and his everlasting love. I recently repented my sins and made amends with myself and to others who ive treated poorly previously without asking for forgiveness from those people. Even if they didnt hear me out.

IT CHANGED MY LIFE. Literally the next day. I havent been the same. My heart and soul and spirit is so light and full of the lords love. I cant imagine living a life of sin like i was.
