Hi all,
Today's video is oats omelette. This is an ideal weight loss br3eakfast option if you like to shed some weight and feel full for long time. It contains mix of carbs, proteib and healthy fat to give complete nutrition in one meal. If we regularly follow a diet balancing and all nutrients and portion control, then its not a great deal to loss some fat or weight. I have added few vegetables we prefer and you add few more as per your taste..... So everyone should surely try it to loss your belly fat......
