do you know what is the efficiency of this furnace when it runs on stage 1 heat?

Is it possible to have this furnace maintain a continuous airflow at a low quiet CFM and that would increase as necessary for heating or cooling. Such a continuous airflow would help balance out hot and cold spots in a house as well as make the filter work better.

Just spent 19, 000 on this exact furnace got all the accessories too a hot water tank and a large carrier ac unit couldn't be happier plus 10 years free maintenance parts and service calls

Does it make sense to pair the 59TP6 furnace with a single stage A/C? Will the dehumidification feature of the 59TP6 still work or as well as it would have with a 2-stage A/C? I live in Zone 4 so only need A/C about 3 months of the year.
