Back in the late 70s early 80s was at a childhood friend's house and he had vh debute cassette he says you have to hear this and runnin w the devil came on, i said who is this he said a new band van halen, what really floored me was eruption, years later i bought a guitar, dont have it anymore but i still play, thank you eddie for the inspiration so many years ago, RIP..

In my opinion, this was his best solo performance, performed during the best live show of his career. I have the live dvd of this performance and I used to watch it over and over again. The amount of energy and heart the band brought to the stage is unprecedented
