How to cook BROWN RICE ( Very Flavorful )

☆BROWN RICE☆
2 c. Brown Rice
4 c. Stock or Broth
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Butter

Wash rice, soak in water for 30 - 45 minutes, drain thoroughly, add oil & butter to pan, add rice, toast over medium heat 10 - 15 minutes, add stock, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook for 35 - 45 minutes, remove from heat, let sit 10 - 15 minutes covered, fluff with fork... ENJOY 😉

Pajama Mama, I just tried this recipe of yours and I most say to anyone on your YouTube channel this recipe is THE ONE!!! It’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 only thing I didn’t use butter I did use Olive oil for browning my rice but when I put the rice in the skillet to fry/brown it in the Olive oil instead of using butter I put Onion Powder, Garlic Powder And BADIA Complete Seasoning while I was browning my rice and once it was brown/fried then I added the ChicKen Stock the flavor is off the hook and the rice is very tender like you said it will be👍🏾

Girl you are wonderful. I am totally blind and I really learned a lot from your video. I have experimented making brown rice and really messed it up. Now I feel like I am ready to go try it again. You are very descriptive and you tell your measurements. Keep making the good videos. They are wonderful

Thanks so much for your technique! I have tried it using ghee and vegetable stock to cook brown basmati rice.It REALLY DOES have the texture of white rice. This is the ONLY WAY we cook brown rice now!

Yes both brown and white rice are not easy to cook; that's why there's rice cookers
