For the first one about mirroring, that is generally super harmful because as an Autistic person I have no natural body language so I automatically mirror anybody I talk to.

I have accidentally done the awkward silence and eye contact. My "friend" just left me, I was asking her if I did anything that made her unhappy, both by message if she wanted the conversation to be private, and in real life. *It's been 7 months since I sent that message. She left me on read.*
EDIT: It's been a while, I have found better people to surround myself with, she recently did this to another girl I let into our friend group. I think the part I am most salty about, that I didn't mention was she dropped me right after her birthday and I bought her a really nice, kind of expensive present. My birthday is after hers, so when she dropped me after her birthday, I never really thought much of it. Until she did it recently to the girl I just mentioned. The girl got dumped after my now ex-friend's birthday as well. I will be steering *very far clear* of this girl in the foreseeable future.

Yes that’s what psychopaths and narcissists use to manipulate you, they don’t think of your emotions, just how they can use you. They are super friendly and charismatic in the start and want you to live whit them, and then they force you to do stuff. And if you say no, the make you feel bad and they have it so hard so this is the least you can do. They have all these mind games and it’s super hard to quit.

that first one is called building a rapport, you have to be careful because if someone does this to you a couple of tables away at a cafe(drinking when you drink ect) then you might find yourself unconsciously start copying them, this is very odd but works more then one might think
