Is YouTube TV worth it in 2022?

I dumped Xfinity TV for Youtube TV last February and haven't looked back. Missing a few channels that I used to get with Xfinity, but the MUCH improved movie channel lineup not to mention not having to pay broadcast TV fees and regional sports fees for channels I don't even watch more than make up for the loss of those channels. Also paying half the money I was paying to Xfinity.

yes yttv is worth it
but it could strongly improve a lot

the reasons why i believe they need to improve it so it can cater to every customers's needs in terms of channels, is because their reccomendation system does not pick up recognized tv shows like the ones on metv, decades, h&i, charge, etc so technically classic tv stuff
as well as channels like laff
and they could add channels like buzzr too, buzzr is a game show channel that plays old game shows

another reason they need to improve is they need to add subcategories when seperating out the movie and show reccomendations so it goes deeper
like lets say if someone is looking for a showing of a movie they want to see
but they get flodded with reccomendations of programing the viewer doesnt want
they need to have like a genre category search system when you look for a show or movie to add to library, kinda like the way tivo has their system

I just dropped cable I was paying over 200 dollars for cable package and I’m now with YouTube tv

Been wanting to cut my cable for years now. My thing is my cable company offers the best internet speeds in my area so once I cut the cable they will jack up my internet price to where it’s almost the same price as keeping cable on vs only getting internet from them and getting a streaming service

I've been a YouTube subscriber for a few months now, and it, like many things, has pluses and minuses. The channel selection is pretty good, but the User Interface is not well designed -- the thumbnails are far too big and the content info is often unreliable. One has to take notes as to shows watched and shows not watched. The remotes are very poorly designed -- not user-friendly at all.
And worst of all, I just discovered my sub fee is increasing by $11.00 per month. No warning. No explanation. It connotes arrogance. I hate institutional arrogance.
