All streaming platforms are like how cheap car manufacturers start out. They start with a decently priced base models, then keep adding stuff and jack the cost constantly. You can't get those cheap models anymore. Most of what is added for the cost boost is fluff.

You Tube TV: The price increase for 2025 is going to cost you a lot of customers. The cost of $82.99 a month is too much for Senior citizens on a fixed income and most incomes of the working class making less than $60, 000 a year. The other problem is the price of the NFL Sunday Ticket which is also going up in 2025. Pricing out Senior Citizens ability to afford it.

Navigation of the live guide on YouTube TV is a pain. Would be nice to have the ability to jump to a date/time & channel in the live guide so I can check things a week out easily.

I just cut cable and switched to YouTube Tv. Spectrum was costing me $226.00 for cable and internet. Now have 1gig internet for $70.00 and with YouTube tv for $83.00 saved a lot.

Another here that just did the You Tube TV cancel with cost as the listed reason and got the retention stay at the old rate for another 6 months.
Sure that is just kicking the can down the road but at my age and health even buying green bananas at the grocery store has become a risky proposition and a gamble!

With Apple TV's more powerful device, you can see live what's going on in guide, example if the channel is in a commercial before clicking to open full screen with volume. One thing you should mention, any of the on demand content (outside pay movie channels) has commercials you can't FF through. That's a dealbreaker for me. I truly despise ads with a passion and would rather not watch the show vs suffer through.

The cost of yttv is still cheaper than Cable and satellite with the same channel choices. If you get cable it’s easily over $100 and more worth internet service bundled in as most people have and then directv satellite is even more with their diff packages, but they do have more channels. Yttv like many streaming services does not have every channel most people watch like History channel. I’m talking live of course, not shows episodes streamed later.

YouTube tv needs to add channel numbers, even if they are users assignable, for easier navigation and the ability to jump around without having to scroll through a bunch of content, we are getting ready to drop YouTube TV because of this.

I was a launch customer and I canceled. Wasn't even offered my current rate for 6 months like some people got. I'm going OTA and YouTube premium for the foreseeable future. I can listen to all my teams on the radio. $1, 000 per year is just too much.

Is it too much to ask just to pay for the channels we watch? That's all we want.

I have been enjoying YouTube TV for years, I left sling for it a couple years ago because they didn't have tbs and tnt so no aew wresting, now I don't care about aew I'm went looking for a cheaper good option after the price hike just to find out Noone else is even close to YouTube TV with number of channels and dvr space, the family package. I just wish they would give me YouTube premium with my subscription

I canceled YouTube TV. $10 per month price hike is ridiculous, especially since they don’t even offer Regional Sports.

Over the air antenna TV has the lowest latency. Cable and streaming have a delay- OTA antenna TV is real time.

when it comes to sport you can use your laptop or computer, so you want be 30 sec behind

I wished YouTubeTV would add A&E network and METV. Then, it would be exactly like Spectrum cable TV. I might be missing a very few channels, that I don't watch. I just thought of a few more channels. I think the only other channel, that I might be missing is the History and Military channel.

YTTV is ridiculously too expensive now. It's just not worth it, Why can't they offer smaller cheaper packages for their customers? They just don't get it. 40 Free Antenna channels, not sure why more people don't look at this option. Some places like LA or New York get up to 100 Free Antenna channels.

The only thing you need to know about YTTV in 2025 is that it is overpriced and not worth it
