I am almost 50 years old and I've spent my entire life feeling like a freak. I absolutely adore your videos. It's like you are saying everything that goes on to my mind. I have felt so alone most of my life and it's so nice to know that you and your followers are out there, even though I generally don't seem to run into you. But I guess that's because we're all hanging out in our own heads and not with each other.

Your humor is SPOT on. I was cracking up for the entire video😂 All your videos are awesome and I feel less lonely in my INFJ world💜

“I really love being organized and orderly but I just never take the time to do it.”
My soul sings to this.

I took the test when you talked about it in last video. I never realized that my extremely high neuroticism is what keeps ruining my life (and self-confidence). Glad I took it. Peterson has some videos for "high neuroticism and high openness to experience" and implying his advice helps. Organizing and cleaning my house, having "external" affairs in order helps to feel better. He is basically saying that doing that helps us to tame neuroticism and lets us concentrate on creativity and the stuff we're good at which is normally suppressed by neuroticism.

You're kind of hypnotic. I bet you're a very calming accountant. If anyone had to tell me I owed 10k, I would hope it would be someone like you. 😂

I have mixed feelings about this test. But totally aside from that, I'm just enjoying the constantly sarcastic(?)-sounding tone of your voice in this video, it's hilarious.

From one 62 yr old female INFJ to a a 'fellow' INFJ, I love your humor. Just bumped into your live blog, and find it a friendly counselor to hear your honest flow of thoughts.
I hear you. I agree with you.
Rather new to MBriggs, as stated above, I am INFJ; my hubby, INTJ. (I talk to him like you share here! It's therapeutic.)
Keep it up. ~ Debbie

The self deprecation here is so satisfyingly hilarious. I get it, I get it

"It looks like I'm a people pleasing, lazy shut in who is basically on the verge of some kind of meltdown".
And finally, I don't feel so alone anymore! I have found my people!

Also I got 6% on conscientiousness and I'm a human shaped ball of guilt, shame, and self disgust. So it seems that I would like to be conscientious, but I'm basically malfunctioning and hating myself for it.

In my opinion i guess a lot of INFJ will share a quite similar composition, very high level of neuroticism and openness. And unfortunately those are like opposing traits, we're helplessly curious about a lot of things and have a huge desire to explore new field but at the same time our neuroticism tends to hold ourself back because of the obsessive thoughts like "what if bad things happen, " "what if i'm doing it wrong" "what will other people say", etc so we unconsciously contradict ourself in daily basis. That's probably how we start to feel overwhelmed :'). I previously found a video of Jordan Peterson explaining that having these two opposing traits in high level will likely make us stressed, so we have to maintain our conscientiousness in moderate level in order to balance that by building routinity and stick to that pattern. IMHO establishing a routine will help us feel grounded and may prevent our brain to perpetually fall into those never-ending contradiction ^^

Hi, you're definitely not a loser, I love your personality and demeanor

I feel you dude. Jordan Peterson didn’t feature any videos about people with personalities like ours. Literally first percentile of conscientiousness here😂 with low industrious and orderliness too (both under 10th percentile) but 96th percentile openness to experience, 94th intellect and 93rd openness.

I was born to fail at life and live in my head tbh

As an INFP I totally relate to what you were saying about orderliness. I love and yearn to be more organized but I don’t mind mess all that much; although when things are organized I feel more at peace.

Based on the impression I get from your videos, you have an impressive and organized work ethic. You certainly seem much higher in conscientiousness. I think the issue is that people who score higher in neuroticism tend to be less flattering answering other sections of the test, and end up understating their qualities as a result.

I'm surprised at some of these results. I think it is very brave of you to have put yourself on camera at all to have this channel. I have noticed that other people seem to have a much higher opinion of me, than I have of myself.

Loved the vid, Frank. Thanks for sharing.
Your next online profile should definitely say, “I’m a people pleasing, lazy shut in. That’s on the verge of a public meltdown. But I am good at creating things, because I’m open.” With the headline, more creative than the average bear. 🤣

Originally I was skeptical about some “defining” traits of INFJs but but watching a lot of your videos and how I related to you extremely well made me a lot more content with being typed as an INFJ. I truly love how much I relate to you and hope that one day I may get to talk to you more in depth about life experiences bad and good. Keep it up Frank James

Judging by the exceptional quality and production rate of your videos, I’m certain you are much higher in conscientiousness than the test suggests - especially in industriousness. I think the problem is that people higher in neuroticism tend to be harder on themselves on all other aspects of the Big Five.
