Don't you get 2800+ crystals. That's 2X Pulls everytime when you reroll the account. You have to claim the Pre registration rewards from the in game mail, weekly missions and Codex. That should give you something like 2845 crystals.

which should i pick? i just rerolled 15 times and these are what i got:
Acc1 - Min Byung-Gu
Acc2 - ssr weapon the demon king one
Acc3 - Min Byung-Gu and Hwang Dongsuk and 2 SR weapons
Acc4 - 2 SR CHARACTERS and 3 SR WEAPONS
Acc5 - Seo Jiwoo and 1 SR character and 1 sr weapon
Acc6 - ssr weapon the demonic plum one

The reason you get 13 when you reset is because you didn't claim the 7 tickets from full clearing the tutorial.
