During a special hearing in the Alec Baldwin trial, prosecutor Kari Morrissey was heard accusing the actor of lying about pulling the trigger during the filming of “Rust” which killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin is seen abruptly leaving the courtroom during this accusation before his attorney’s quickly asked for a sidebar.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

The star struck judge angrily snaps at the attorneys for seemingly minor issues, but no reaction when Balwin disrupts the court and literally walks out?! Wow.

How is he allowed to just walk out? If I did that I’d be thrown in jail. Hold this dude accountable

Even the judge is tired of the malpractice of the prosecution.

That jerk is on trial!! Why didn't the judge reprimand his lawyers, and tell them to get him back?

Doesn't he know he's on trial? He's a defendant in a criminal case, and he just left! He's not used to being controlled. He is demonstrating that he is usually the boss. Makes it hard to imagine him listening to Hannah Gutierrez or anyone else.

What kind of fiasco is this? The defendant was allowed to leave in the middle of court and then the judge uses the cellphone on the bench???? What a dumpster fire.

He isn't getting special treatment. He's not being held in custody and a defendant is not required to be in the courtroom, but they have the right to be. He's free to make that decision.

Narcissists hate being held accountable for their words and actions

When is a suspect for manslaughter allowed to leave the courtroom just because they don't like what the prosecutor is saying? He should be held in contempt of court.

A defendant leaving the court without first gaining the court's permission is definitely a "contemptable" offense. Anybody other than a known celebrity would have been stopped as soon as he stood up.

This has nothing to do with privilege... Whoever put live ammo in the gun is the one to blame. Simple as that.

Wow he thinks he’s above everyone else in that courtroom. What an entitled SOB.

Shocking how many state attorney offices get away with malicious prosecution. If it's addressed it takes YEARS for any kind of justice and even then it's suspensions and early retirement. They need to adopt a scorched earth type policy to deal with unhinged prosecutors.

ENTITLED He has zero remorse and zero respect!!! Any other defendant that got up and walked out would be held in contempt!!!

This shows you everything you need to know about Alec. The audacity to get up and walk out as if he's above all the rules and decorum of our legal system. WOW, just WOW

If this was an average American on trial for killing someone walking out wouldn't be tolerated & would be held in contempt, this is nonsense & privileged...

The only person who should be imprisoned for all this mess already is - the armorer; not him.
