================================================
Tools that i use frequently that are Ali-express Affiliate linked

This is the Blue Pad i always have on my videos usually set at 60 Oc
I use this to soften adhesive on mobile devices.

my go to glue for almost everything now days!

Used to open ipad and remove glued back covers on phones

When using the heat gun near sensitive parts, its best to cover them
With this to protect them

The usual tape i use on most repairs, on screens

For things that need more Stick!,usually on tablet digitizers

A Similar tool kit to mine, that i use for those random screws that you dont normally see

My Soldering Station i use, so far it has been good

This was a purchase to learn a bit more in micro soldering
So far it has been a great purchase

Advanced readouts of power draw on devices

A Simple Amp tester to see if your charger is actually putting out power

The Black Tweezers i use in my videos

This is the same as the metal pry tool i use, different brand printed on it

A New Version of the pry tools

This is the kit i purchased to do micro soldering, if you see a video
of me micro soldering it was captured on this cameras feed

The Charging station i use out the back, usually having multiple devices connected
Doesn't support Fast charging but still does a good job

One page i go to when I'm curious what new repair tools are out is:

I fixed my lenovo think pad the same way. The leg into the board was a bit loose and I pushed it back to the jack and closed the gap. I put a blob of flux on the break before soldering. I am hoping the dry joint will be ok, The tablet is charging ok now. If the dry joint gives problems in the future I will have to take out the system board and try and solder from underneath. Thanks for your video which showed me where to look.

Good day Rick, I've got a kid who managed to break the pin inside the port, any idea where I can order a replacement jack?

Appreciate your video, thank you! I suspected the wire was broken on a customer's laptop, just like the one you have here.
