Basically it's some iron bits that conducts electricity transmitted by our brain originally meant to actionate some biological intern actions, that will instead goes to the NeuraLink that will transmit the location and intensity of that electricity through radio communication to a computer that will try to perform action and correlate those to the location and intensity of the original signal, and if it's what was meant to do, then memorize that, otherwise would try a different action upon same signal next time
