Basically he's telling you to be a human whip. Starting from the legs you explode up and let the power from your legs travel through your body, ass, hips than shoulders, elbows wrist fist making sure to tense up at point of connection. Best way to shoulder snap your punches

You’re clearly not listening to Bivol—you just nod and then keep doing the same thing. It’s such a wasted opportunity, especially since your boxing skills are terrible. It's not like you're ignoring him because you have a deeper understanding of boxing mechanics than Bivol. Who ever taught you to pivot your lead foot and swing your other hand around like a ballerina, get your money back from them.
