This movie is called White Boy Rick, it is based on a true story in Michigan (if I remember correctly in Detroit), his sister is a drug abuser and his dad is trying to get him out of Detroit by selling guns. In this scene he is selling guns for his father which is early in the movie.
Later he is a plant/bug for Police/FBI who then still continues to hang with gang members and drug dealers as he makes his way up as dang near the King of the streets. I definitely recommend this movie, it is so good educational wise too
