Thumbs up if you think this transformation was incredible! Bar Brother representative from Seattle Dale came to Washington DC to meet the Bar Brothers. We had to share this amazing transformation story with you after we heard it in person. We were blown away. This kind of addiction is a very serious matter worldwide. He was at the lowest a person can be. After hearing that one our videos inspired him to keep going on with life, we knew we had to share his story with the world. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Believe in yourself. YOU can do it too! Thank you for watching! Please share! Bar Brothers Salute!

I will never judge a person for their past. It’s the past for a reason. If you are spreading positivity and trying to better yourself. That’s respect! Amazing transformation! Thumbs up 👍🙏

I understand completely coming from the depths of the pit. It is a difficult journey but so rewarding at the end. I am an ex meth addict & once turned around, became an MMA fighter & more important than that...God blessed me with my son & daughter. Life is great! At 41, seeing a brother still pushing at 38 boosts my mojo! I give you major props bro! May God guide your every step

This video not only shows a body transformation, or a calisthenics transformation, but much more! It shows how no matter how bad things are in life, you can always change. And this guy right here, proves it very well. Thank you for this video!

Calisthenics is not less than addiction...the good thing is that you choose the right path...drop your bad addiction and turn it to the good one. God bless you.

This Transformation is mind blowing. Most people do not survive when it comes to his story. They either die or end up in jail rest of their life. For him to be able to stay positive and create a body like that is truly inspirational. Salute Bar Brothers for life!

Good job turning it around man. There has to be a hell of a mental transformation to allow a physical transformation like that.

I rolled my eyes when the first two sentences popped up on screen. I d rather be burned alive than go back to being skinny? Then it kept going. As a former heroin addict myself with over 4 years clean I was like oh yeah, ok, makes perfect sense. Me too. Lol!!!
