Interested in learning more about Charisma University?

In many ways, I consider myself a lazy person, which doesn't mean that I sit at home and I stuff my face all day while watching bad re-runs. It just means that I like to protect my free time. I want to do the things that I want to do. And achieve the specific things I want to achieve. So when I found out from the beginning of this year to today I've 10x my productivity in this Charisma on Command business, I was very happy because that meant I got to spend more time doing things I love and less time doing things I felt like I had to.

This isn't just about making money. This is really about how you spend your life. It's about becoming productive. So if you're interested in more of the good stuff, and less of the things you have to do.

Go through these 4 steps to achieve more with me right now. (And make sure you write them down because that's how you're going to get the biggest productivity results from this)

0:46 Identify your goal to achieve (and the biggest driver)
1:45 Write down everything that is 'supposedly' taking you to your goal
2:51 Eliminate and simplify in order to become productive
4:56 Find and eliminate your 'Herbie' in order to achieve more
7:21 A review of the 4 steps to increase your productivity

"How to do everything 10 times faster."

"Hire people."

"Spend money on stuff that makes you work faster."

#1 is HUGE! Without a goal, you can't create a plan! Without a plan, you have no direction and motivation to push yourself to your goals! Love this video man. Keep up the great content.

0x10= 0 therefore this won't help me at all

1. Identify your goal
2. Write a long list of thing that can lead you to your goal
3. Eliminate and simplify your list + stick to that list
4. Eliminate your "herbies" / identify your barriers and try to find a solution + set dead lines

Great tips! I especially liked number 3, eliminating and simplifying! These videos are inspirational, keep them up Charlie!

Definitely guilty of that same "herbie" of setting up the equipment when recording my videos. Something new I'm trying is recording videos every single day - they don't even have to be videos that I release, but I think once I'm in the habit of recording every single day the set up etc will feel less annoying. Great video man, some really good tips here!

It's awesome seeing you go through your charisma journey. I remember seeing some videos in the past, and though you were charismatic and fun to watch, it looked slightly forced. This video, it looked effortless. Congrats bro.

I wonder, would you guys be interested in finding ways to circumvent barriers set up by mental illnesses?
It's one thing when it's about motivation, but something else entirely when your own head fights against you, and I would love to hear you guys' two cents on what can be done!
And we can gloss over the usual "find professional help" and "get support from loved ones", they are dead horses at this point. What we need is bullet points, just like the ones you cite every video, to help guide us towards self improvement.
I totally get that there will be barriers like every illness is different, and each case is different, but going over the general aspects of self-improvement will allow us to filter what will be good for us.
I guess a start would be to find out which illnesses can be talked about in groups without losing focus of how to improve, from there, we have our base of tips.
And I guess step one for maybe all cases would be accepting that one is sick, but not disabled, so one can improve.

Him: people, things, activities and skills that bring you happiness
In my head: Jiu-Jitsu is my life
Him: "like with Jiu-Jitsu"
Me: 😲😄😄

I have followed you for some time and have watched many of your videos numerous times. I also bought and read your book charisma on command and I wanted to express my gratitude as you have greatly influenced my life. I have implemented many of the tools you have provided such as eye contact, gesticulations, telling stories etc. Also in your book you give examples of bad situations but state that it is vital to keep in mind that everything will be ok no matter what. Thank you immensely as my life has been positively changed for the better in building relations in both my personal and business life.

Focus, focus, focus! The book, The One Thing, dives in deep to a lot of what this video touches on. Great read.

my problem is that i cannot simplify like you do. I am a student. The reading- writing that i do, cannot be done by anyone else. Or else i won't learn. The process of learning always means that i will take the longest path to reach my goal. When i am reading or watching videos, my slow step('herbie') is the rate at which i make notes. I can simply it if i use computer and copy paste things instead of writing it down. But that will not help me because the purpose of the note is to consolidate knowledge in my mind.

When I was on a 30km march in the army I was falling behind and demotivated. After the next pause i took over the navigation and front of the line and I got a lot faster and everyone else was falling behind. It's all in your head!

I had to watch that herbie story in a process management class I took! Great analogy.

the good thing in your videos are that your title seems first like a clickbait but it's actually not because you give people what you promise. Thank you
