This was extremely edifying. I am obsessed with finding medicinal plants from my local area that can help. I am still in the "heal thyself" phase of my journey for the most part. I've been collecting, dehydrating, tincturing, and infusing. I need to make a list of what I have actually found so far. I think my list of herbs would be closer to 40 than 150. I really need to organize my apothecary, lol.
