YOU certainly DO.... ROCK! I went somewhat out of order. I worked on blood sugar, inflammation, GUT, adrenals, and desperately working on the liver. I am reviewing ALL related videos. Hoping to connect with your team on which products to specifically address the liver for cleansing, hormonal balance, and weight loss. You’re so right… self care is priority ❤ I’m literally not over committing anymore which has made a huge difference… good thing I’ve never worn make-up or used hormonal birth control. I drink occasionally like a hard kombucha here and there….my main issue is stress from working and 16 years of post graduate education. I had my son young so I feel like I’m now starting my third phase of life and I want to manage perimenopause gracefully! Thanks to you, Dr. Pelz, you are hearing us and stretching out your hand and saying it’s ok, learn this and you’ll be good! So thank you ❤

I tried keto a few years ago and it was horrible. I was extremely anxious and irritable and didn't lose a pound. I actually gained weight and haven't been able to lose any weight since, no matter what I do. I feel like it is what triggered my slow metabolism and hormone issues. I've tried keto a couple times and it was a bad experience both times. I want to believe it can work for me but am terrified of trying it again. I was just following strict keto and not cycling. I'd love to try it again but am so frustrated with always feeling bad. I'm currently trying intermittent fasting and it's been over a month and I haven't seen results. I'm eating healthy but not keto. I'm walking and doing yoga and meditating but my hormones have gone out of whack again. Low progesterone, high cortisol and estrogen dominance. Nothing I try works. It's greatly impacting my quality of life.

I am 45
No peri mena pausal symptoms yet... but adrenals are messed up. Often wake up between 3-5 am. Keto genic diet that I started 8 mo ago, helped me so much but now I need to introduce Keto cycling. I’m scared to do that cuz I don’t want to return to the way I felt last summer.

Dutch Test needed! Perimenopause is really killing me. And I am a health nut, but not sure what I'm doing wrong. The headaches and fatigue are slowly killing me and taking a detrimental physical and mental toll on me. I was always the girl who was unstoppable, and now I feel like I'm deteriorating. 😢

I found you at such a weird perfect time. God has a funny way of always putting people in front of you that you need. This vid is perfect for my little crazy world!
