The mind body connection is real! About 95% of serotonin is produced in the gut. I have anxiety and panic attacks and I experienced DPDR, it was so bad at one point that I became agoraphobic. Fast forward to almost 1 year and a half I’m way better but I changed my diet completely. I can’t imagine going back to eating any processed junk!

My pmdd was lessened tremendously when I ate 6 small meals a day to regulate my blood sugar levels instead having 3 larger ones, cutting out sugar, processed foods and high fatty foods. Low GI diet saved me.

I was taking percoset. They help All pain. Even emotional. Thats not good. Any alternatives to emotional healing 😢?

Medications don't help. I eat we, but I am taking antibiotics for a tooth root infection. Thus, my microbiome is now a wreck!
