In Canada, those are called Junior Chickens. McChickens are a different breaded chicken patty with a sesame seed bun in a box....interesting.

In Germany, in addition, we have a "Chickenburger" with lettuce and sweet-chili sauce. Really nice

In Germany, instead of the regular McChicken, we have the "McChicken Classic", which is mostly the same, but served on a submarine bun (same as those used for the McRib) and subsequently with a longer patty.

Mchicken biscuit is absolute flames especially if you throw some bacon on that mamajama.

What is the landing zone, and what is the purpose of flipping the bottom half of the sandwich up onto the top as opposed to constructing it the normal way? I imagine there is logic I am missing.
