Frito Chili Pie Fast and Easy Recipe

Frito Chili Pie
Ingredients:
Frito's or corn chips
1 can of your favorite chili
2 cups of shredded cheese of your choice
Directions:
1. Layer a few Frito's in bottom of pie pan
2. Layer cheese next
3. Layer ½ of the chili on next
4. Layer more Frito's next
5. Layer cheese again
6. Layer the rest of the chili
7. Layer the rest of the cheese on top
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
9. Serve and Enjoy !!!

Looks good ! All that melted Cheese....We never made it at the house, I get my fix from sonic (Chili Pie With Corn chips) I'm the only one in the family That likes it... Have a Blessed Week!

Ingredients: instant mashed potatoes, 1 can whole kernel corn, popcorn chicken, shredded cheese (I use Colby Jack)

How to:
preheat oven to 350°, put corn in small pot & heat on medium, make your potatoes according to directions on box. I doubled the 6 serving so essentially making 12 servings..

I used about 15 chicken nuggets for mine, because I didnt know we were out of popcorn chicken. I just cut them in quarters, heated them about a minute, then threw them in my air fryer for about 4 minutes (I like mine crispy)

When everything is done, spray your baking dish (I used a 9x12 glass one) dump your mash potatoes in, then layer your corn (drained), chicken, then top with cheese..about 2 cups or so. I like LOTS of cheese 😬 pop it in the oven for a couple of minutes. Everything is already "cooked" so this really just to get the cheese all melty🤤

We eat this maybe twice a year. It is a good with a hot dog too! i hear you on the calories. Wouldn't it be good to eat what you want without the weight gain. Have a Blessed Day Friends! Justin

I mix pinto beans and ground beef with onions, and green Chile sauce. Once, that is cooked I pour some over some Fritos, with cheese, and some sour cream. I don’t bake it.in No they usually pour red Chile over it, but I like green better if I am making it myself
