Recipe
1 lb of ground beef
1 chopped onion
Taco seasoning (use a taco seasoning packet or the seasonings listed below)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp each of cumin, dried cilantro, black pepper
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 can of red beans, drained & rinsed (black beans or chili beans would be good too)
3/4 cup of mild taco sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Fritos (9 oz bag)

Steps
-Brown ground beef with a chopped onion in a skillet over medium high heat
-Drain grease
-Season ground beef with taco seasoning and minced garlic
-Add a can of beans and 3/4 cup of taco sauce
-Stir well
-Add a handful of Fritos and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and stir together
-Top with shredded cheddar cheese
-Top with more Fritos (I didn’t quite use the whole bag)
-Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
-Top with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce

Fuck whatever this dude made. All you need is Wolf brand chili (no beans), shredded cheese, fritos and a bowl. Toss all that shit into said bowl and voila: frito pie the right way
