BABISH'S FRITO CHILI PIE

I'm a Texan and that's doing it the hard way. Growing up my mom would just grab the small bags of Fritos, open it up, dump the chili and toppings inside, then made us go outside. It made for less dishes, was more portable, and she didn't have to worry about someone's bowl being bigger.

You open a single serving bag of Fritos, put the chili inside the bag, top with shredded cheese and eat with a spork at the local high school football game. I'm a Texan, I should know how this is made.

I- is it supposed to be an actual pie? As someone from Texas, all we ever did was ladel the chili on top of a bowl of fritos and top with the nearest shredded cheese and sour cream. 🫥
