YO!!! Not only did Ashley pass her stress test, SHE RAN OUT OF WORK TO DO WITH DOWNSTAIRS STILL SWAMPED. That's a resounding success the likes of which we've never seen on the show. The disparity between one Ashley and two rookie bartenders is staggering.

Girl has a special talent. I'm glad Jon saw it. You don't waste talent like that, and I'm so glad he didn't.

The last one was really fun to watch. Ashley Clark is a badass! I'd like to see more of her. I like watching people kick ass and take names. It's fun to see someone real good at their jobs.

I have been in hospitality for 27 years and I have seen some great waitering staff and crappy ones. Ashley is pure positivity and is a literal sponge for picking up info. Taffer made an excellent choice.

I love how you can see bill’s stubbornness wasn’t out of any disrespect for anyone but rather a love for the dream he had. You could see it in his face when he saw the new sign and realised that he had been wrong to suspect John like that and then seeing John bring him back for recon made me so happy and it shows that John and bill obviously have a lot of respect for each other

Having a pirate bar isn't that bad as long as the bar itself is presentable, the staff friendly, and the food was delicious. The problem with THIS bar is that the staff are assholes and stubborn, the food is subpar, and the owner was fixated on a fantasy that is more suited to a bar event happening once or twice a week.

The pirates bar was doomed from the start. They clearly don’t care about the customers or their bar, they’re just using the bar as an excuse so they can LARP as pirates.
